Per The Independent, City are one of a number of elite European clubs who are interested in signing Musiala this summer, and last season's treble winners are currently leading the pack. The Germany international grew up in west London – he had the choice to play for either Die Mannschaft or England and chose the former – and has thus targeted the Premier League as his next destination. City are interested in bolstering their attacking line and want two players who can fluidly interchange; they are also interested in West Ham's Lucas Paqueta and Crystal Palace's Michael Olise.

Per the report, City would likely need to allow a high-profile player to leave. One such candidate could be Bernardo Silva, who has been linked with a potential summer move to Barcelona.
